Welcome to your cleansing

The following is a guide to assist in making your cleanse, with efficient and remarkable results! Please follow these suggestions for optimal results and to lessen the side effects occasionally brought about by the release of excess toxins.  1) Drink pure water, water, water! Take your weight X .075 to calculate the number of 8 oz. glasses per day. 2) Increase your intake of high fiber foods. Consume 2-4 cups of lightly steamed vegetable daily. Consume 3-4 pieces of fresh fruit daily. Avoid, citrus, bananas, and melons. 3) Increasing your daily intake of cold water fish. If possible, reduce all beef while cleansing. 4) Schedule a minimum of one colonic per week. 5) BE PROACTIVE! Ask your colonic therapist how your colon is behaving. Is it sluggish? Does it have a strong muscular parastolisis? Is food digested well? Is there mucus? Is the mucus old or new? Is there fermentation and gas? What causes fermentation? Is the stool color too light or too dark? 6) Lose coffee, dairy, wheat, alcohol, and refined sugar!           Coffee: stresses your liver and pancreas, both vital in producing enzymes to assist in digesting food and neutralizing toxins           Lactose/Dairy: is the number one allergy throughout the world. Casein and whey proteins are large molecules that are well digested only by baby cow.           Wheat: is the number two allergy in America. Wheat is bleached with methyl mercury and is very high in gluten. 68% of Americans are unknowingly allergic to gluten, which crates a glue-like build-up along the intestinal wall. This creates congestion and constipation.           Alcohol: creates an excess build-up of aldehydes, creating a toxin burden to the liver. If these toxins cannot be neutralized increased in fermentation develops in the colon. Alcohol robs the body of vital minerals and vitamins necessary for a well functioning intestinal tract.           Refined Sugar: lowers immunity, stresses  the pancreas and the liver. Increases purification and fermentation in the bowel. Irritates the mucosal lining, thereby increasing mucus throughout the body.
